At what stage of development can you reach out to Playbase?

Anytime! From pre-production to post-launch, we can jump in at any phase—whether it’s for branding, UI/UX, trailers, marketing assets or website creation.

How do our packages and à la carte services work?

You can choose between predefined packages or custom à la carte services depending on your priorities. We build flexible offers based on your scope, timeline and budget.

What deliverables are included depending on the service?

Each service includes clear deliverables (design files, exports, documentation, source files, etc.). We define everything with you at the start of the project to ensure transparency.

How long does a typical project take?

It varies: a logo or press kit takes 1–2 weeks, a trailer or small website about 3–6 weeks, while full UI/UX or CGI projects may take several months. You'll always get a detailed timeline.

Do you offer follow-up or post-delivery support?

Yes! We offer optional maintenance, design updates, technical support and scaling services so your assets stay fresh and functional as your game evolves.

How do you ensure the quality of your deliverables?

All our work goes through internal reviews, client feedback rounds and quality checks. You’re also involved through key milestones with unlimited revisions included in most offers.

How is payment structured for a project?

We typically request a 30–50% upfront deposit with the rest due upon delivery. Larger projects may include milestone-based payments. All terms are clearly outlined in your quote.
